Merger of Fietz GmbH and Fietz Automotive GmbH

After many months of preparation, we are pleased to announce that the merger of Fietz GmbH (parent company) and Fietz Automotive GmbH (subsidiary) has been completed.

As of March 1, 2026, the company will continue under the name Fietz Polyform GmbH.

The audit according to IATF 16949 will take place shortly after the merger, ensuring there is no gap in certification.
