Fietz materials in the food industry

The Fietz Group processes plastics for the food industry that are hygienic, food-safe, and chemical-resistant. Fietz products used in food processing are often made from POM and PA, offering high mechanical strength and making them ideal for precision machine parts.

PTFE offers excellent sliding and non-stick properties, while elastomers from the FiLomer® material portfolio serve as flexible, temperature-resistant sealing materials.

For high-load, heat-resistant applications, Fietz manufactures products from PEEK. Many of the materials used meet strict hygienic and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU 10/2011, FDA).
