Injection Molding Technology at the Radevormwald Site
Fietz Thermoplast GmbH is based at the Radevormwald site, where it specializes in the injection molding of thermoplastics from the FiMasol® and FiPur® material groups. Using state-of-the-art machinery, the company produces precision molded parts with extremely tight tolerances and consistent quality.
A special process within production is the gas-assisted injection molding process. This enables the production of weight-optimized, dimensionally stable, and highly durable components, offering technical and economic advantages for complex applications.
Production is complemented by a high degree of automation, which ensures consistent quality, process reliability, and efficient workflows.
The production spectrum ranges from the manufacture of prototypes and material samples, through small-batch production, to series production and large-scale production of several hundred million units.

High-Performance Polyurethane
The seals in the FiPur® product line are also manufactured and distributed by Fietz Thermoplast GmbH. Production takes place in a dedicated production facility built specifically for this purpose.
High-Performance and High-Temperature Thermoplastics
The Fietz Group manufactures injection-molded products from high-performance and high-temperature thermoplastics. These materials, specially selected by Fietz, offer exceptional mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, and outstanding chemical resistance. FiMasol® components meet the highest standards of precision, durability, and functionality even under extreme operating conditions.
