Stamped parts
Fietz stamped parts are made from PTFE foils, which are peeled from pressed moulds on our own machines.
Stamped parts can be used to create shapes that would otherwise be impossible to realise. Different geometric shapes from a width of up to 160 mm are possible in production. Guiding belts are stamped to length and are used in hydraulic pistons and shock absorbers. More complicated shapes are produced as seals for centrifugal pumps.
You receive stamped parts as rings, strips, bands for sealing, guiding or supporting.
Materials
Stamped parts are made of virgin PTFE or PTFE compounds, especially bronze, carbon and glass-filled material.
