Precision-stamped
– PTFE stamped parts for the most demanding applications

PTFE stamped parts offer outstanding sliding properties, high resistance to temperature and chemicals, and absolute dimensional accuracy. Whether used in seals, guides for cylinders and shock absorbers, or insulation – PTFE stamped parts from the Fietz Group provide durable solutions for the most demanding applications. Using modern stamping technology and decades of material expertise, Fietz manufactures parts with precision, reproducibility, and exact adherence to customer specifications – Made in Germany.

Fietz Stamped Parts at a Glance

Fietz stamped parts are manufactured from PTFE films, which are peeled from pressed molds on our own machines. Stamped parts allow for the creation of shapes that would otherwise be impossible to achieve. Geometrically diverse shapes with widths up to 160 mm can be produced.

Guide strips are die-cut to length and used in hydraulic pistons and shock absorbers. More complex shapes are manufactured as seals for centrifugal pumps.

You can obtain die-cut parts as rings, strips, or bands for sealing, guiding, or supporting.

Stamped parts are manufactured from virgin PTFE or PTFE compounds, particularly bronze, carbon, and glass-filled materials.
