CO2-neutral warehouse with office and logistics department for Fietz Thermoplast GmbH

The Fietz Group is building a new warehouse with additional office space and a logistics area according to sustainability class KfW 40. This "green" warehouse will be operated climate-neutrally in the future thanks to a low-temperature underfloor heating system, heat recovery, heat pump and photovoltaic system.
The warehouse comprises approx. 1,300 pallet spaces and is operated with a semi-automatic forklift system. In addition, office and social rooms are located in the front area of the building.
