Raw materials, semifinished products and finished parts are monitored in the Fietz material laboratory in Burscheid.

Quality Control

CAQ
Fietz uses CAQ as QS Software. Through interfaces there is communication between SAP and the Measuring devices.

Asentics
100% Quality Control is managed with equipment from Asentics and MRB.

Mitutoyo
Production assisted measurments and optically/tactile Analysis are generated with measuring devices from Mitutoyo.

Keyence
Production assisted measurements and Analysis-mikroscopy is done with optical Equipment from Keyence.

Wenzel
Coordinate Measuring device from Wenzel LH65.
