In recent years the Fietz Group has expanded at an above-average rate, among other things with the manufacture of products for the automotive industry. This led to the strong growth of this sector being transferred to an independent company.
The automotive industry now accounts for 62.5 percent of the group's total turnover. Products for mechanical engineering account for another 17.9 per cent. Parts for the chemical industry contribute 7.1 per cent to the result. The Electronics and Telecommunications business unit accounts for 8.3 per cent of turnover. The food industry accounts for 4 per cent.
